Richmond Hill Hotel - a 3 star B & B style hotel in heritage building, offering comfort and personalised service. The Richmond Hill Hotel offers accommodation with comfort and style for the budget conscious business person, tourist or family group.

Available to our guests is a well appointed Lounge, Cocktail Bar, and Garden Terrace. The hotel offers a complimentary buffet breakfast, free off street parking, and complimentary tea/coffee in the guest lounge.

Check-in Instructions Richmond Hill Hotel has 24 hour reception so checkin is easy at any time.
If you arrive before 13.00pm we will do our best to provide a clean room to check in for you.
If this is not possible, we can offer free luggage storage and a complimentary coffee.
We cannot guarantee that your room will be ready before 13.00.

Getting There We are located just 4 km’s from the Melbourne's CBD, and easily accessible by tram or train.

FROM MELBOURNE AIRPORT:

•By TAXI will take approx. 35 minutes and cost approx. $60-$65.
•By SKYBUS: Airport to Southern Cross Terminal is $16 and departs every 10 mins. Cost is $16. Taxi from here to hotel aprox. $18 or take a tram or train. See below.
•By CAR: From airport, western citylink, & westgate freeway, take the Power St exit at Southbank and turn right into City Road (#20) and follow the signs to Richmond. Travel along Swan St to Church St, turn and RHH is on the left side going up the hill.
From Southern Citylink: take Punt Rd exit into Punt Rd, turn right into Swan St and left into Church St.

FROM CBD CITY CENTRE

•TRAM: Take tram 75 from Spencer St or Flinders St., or tram 48 from Collins St. Get off on the corner of Bridge Rd and Church St. RHH is a short walk up Church St. Or tram 70 from Flinders Street to corned of Swan Street and Church St. RHH is a short walk up Church St. Or you can take tram 78 or 79.
•TRAIN: Take Belgrave/Glen Waverley/Lilydale line trains to East Richmond station. Take exit ramp to Church St. RHH is a short walk up the hill.
Parking We offer free off street parking on the property. There are 2 carparking areas on the north side of the building and 1 carpark on the south side. This parking is ground level but it is not undercover and not secured. We do not reserve car spaces but there is usually enough spaces available. In the unlikely event that all spaces are occupied, there is free street parking available on Church Street directly in front of the hotel. There are no time restrictions on the opposite side of Church St. There is a 2 hour time limit on our side of Church St from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Things To Do We are a stones throw from MCG, Rod Laver arena, Hisense arena, and AAMI stadium,and a great location for those wishing to sample Melbourne’s famed shopping. Bridge Rd is a short walk. There are a multidude of cafes, bars, hotels and restaurants all within walking distance. The following are within travel distance (tram or walk):
