Cancellation Policy
We adopt the following practice when dealing with the cancellation of a holiday booking HIGH SEASON December school holidays until mid January Easter. If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival there will be a full refund less an administration fee. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date there will be no refund. MID TO LOW SEASON Mid January onwards. If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival there will be a full refund less an administration fee. If the booking is cancelled less than 7days prior to the planned arrival date there will be no refund. SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS Where a booking is made less than 7 days prior to the planned arrival date there will be no refund THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURES - the administration fee covers the cost of processing the booking receipting and banking the money canceling the booking from the system drawing the refund Cheque mailing the refund Cheque with the covering letter and meeting all bank fees and charges.Privacy Policy. This information is never shared or used for any purpose other than in connection with the normal operation of sending receiving and tracking of messages.
