Aalbany Motel - Narrabri 

The Aalbany Motel in Narrabri is a family owned and operated modern 11 room motel. We are situated on the Coonabarabran side of Narrabri. Our Narrabri accommodation features spacious ground floor units with queen-sized beds, lounge or comfy chairs, r/c air conditioning, hair dryers, toasters, microwave ovens . 32" - 46" Plasma TV's in all of our rooms plus AUSTAR. The property has a BBQ area and a delightful salt water pool. FREE WI-FI. There is parking out the front on the Newell Highway for trucks. Wed, Fri and Saturday nights the RSL run a courtesy bus. Thursday, Fri and Saturday nights the Narrabri Bowling Club also have a courtesy bus.

Things to do in Narrabri NSW:
The area surrounding Narrabri includes the spectacular Mt Kaputar National Park with its 36,000 hectares of wilderness formed around the extinct Nandewar Volcano. Camping, walking and picnicking at Mt Kaputar National Park boasts a magnificent view from the summit at 1,200 metres. Visit the Australia Telescope at Culgoora, located 25 km from Narrabri, with six gleaming white dishes that are the most powerful radio telescopes in the southern hemisphere.

Other activities include 'Nosh on the Namoi', held in March which celebrates the area's wine, food and local culture, with the Spring Festival in September/October.
