About Us Facilities

Victoria Lodge Motor Inn and Serviced Apartments is the newest motel in town. Our accommodation encompasses modern luxury suites in a quiet yet good location close to the central shopping district, hotels, restaurants and 150 metres to the Portland and District Hospital. Local attractions of this picturesque coastal town include Cape Bridgewater, National Parks, Portland Cable Tram, the Great South West Walk and the Maritime Museum. We are located just one block from Portland's main beach for swimming and superb fishing all year round. All rooms and apartments at this property are strictly non-smoking. All units are ground floor with adjacent parking and cater for all needs including corporate, families and disabled. Our four star motel suites are available in executive, executive with double corner spa, deluxe and deluxe with double corner spas. All these suites are larger than normal with generous bench space and feature queen size beds, air-conditioning and eight channels of free Foxtel television. Our four and a half star apartments are available in one or two bedrooms and both feature queen size beds, air-conditioning, thirty-one channels of free Foxtel television, full cooking facilities including all crockery, cutlery, utensils and laundry facilities. All our rooms have free wireless broadband internet access.

Daily rail and coach services are available from Melbourne. If driving south into Portland on the Henty Highway, it becomes Percy Street. Continue until you reach 155 Percy Street and you'll find the Victoria Lodge Motor Inn on your right just after you cross Fern Street.

Getting There Portland is 362 kilometres west of Melbourne along the Great Ocean Road, Princes Highway or Henty Highway. Daily VLine rail and coach services are available from Melbourne. Sharp Airlines also have daily flights. If driving south into Portland on the Henty Highway, it becomes Percy Street. Continue until you reach 155 Percy Street and you will find the Victoria Lodge Motor Inn on your right just after you cross Fern Street.
